1.To deliver exceptional service in all the assigned areas and act as ambassador for Qatar Airways premium product;  to effectively provide operational support to the Senior Hostess/Host and to assist/ motivate and inspire colleagues ensuring an efficient friendly /courteous “Welcome” or “Welcome Back” to all guests; and offer continual liaison with them throughout their journey. The applicant must have a Minimum ‘A’ Level or equivalent with 2 years experience in a Five Star Hotel/Hospitality or Customer Service position. Age 23 – 35 years.

2.To deliver exceptional service in all designated areas of the unit; to effectively provide operational support to the Senior Hostess and to assist, motivate and inspire colleagues ensuring a friendly / courteous “Welcome” or “Welcome Back” to all guest and offer continual liaison with them throughout their journey at Premium Terminal, while anticipating the needs and to note /record all special request, likes / dislikes of all guest and to make sure they are carried through. The applicant must have a Minimum ‘A’ Level or equivalent with 2 years experience in a Five Star Hotel/Hospitality or Customer Service position. Age 23 – 35 years.

 

3.To provide courteous and exceptional service to all guests; must be able to engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner; and has  the ability to perform all types of massage and body treatments offered at the SPA  while demonstrating a good understanding of other duties of SPA Attendants. The applicant must have a Minimum ‘A’ Level or equivalent with 2 years experience preferably in Airline/Hospitality industry in the capacity of a SPA Therapist.  Age 23 – 35 years.

4.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing various dishes for the dining areas in a cold kitchen. Ensuring the highest level of food quality, visual presentation and hygiene standards are maintained. Provide support to the Chef de Partie and guidance to 2nd Commis chefs. Applicants must have a minimum of 1–2 years experience as a First Commis Chef. Age 25 – 40 years.

5. The successful candidate will assist the First Commis Chefs and Chef de Partie in performing the daily shift requirements within the kitchen and buffet areas. Ensuring the highest level of food quality, visual presentation and hygiene standards are maintained. Applicants must have a minimum 1–2 years experience as a Second Commis Chef. Age 25 –40 years.

 

6.A Kitchen Steward will perform a range of stewarding duties ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness and order is maintained throughout the kitchen and food & beverage areas. Age 23 – 38 years.

 

7.The role will provide excellent services/assistance to QR Premium Passengers, at the Premium Terminal while ensuring all loading of baggage is as per laid down procedures of company and related authorities.
